How to gift a tank in WoT console?
You need to add your friend to your WoT-garage friends list. Hit the select/back button and tab left to add a new friend. Then your friend needs to accept the invite before their name will appear. Then when you choose the tank to buy it will give you an option to gift and your friends name should be listed.
